I’m good at stepping into something messy, seeing the whole picture and figuring out how to make it work better.
Sometimes that means using AI or automation. Sometimes it’s designing a better workflow, building a tool, untangling an operational problem or connecting a bunch of pieces that aren’t quite working together.
I’m less interested in adding technology for the sake of technology than I am in finding the friction, solving the actual problem and building something people will actually use.

For example: A content engine that turns one long-form piece into a week of platform-specific content, then schedules and publishes it for you.
Operations & systems
Workflows, processes and the behind-the-scenes pieces that help things run better.
For example: A business dashboard that brings financials, inventory and key operating metrics into one place so you can actually see what’s happening.
Creative problem solving
The slightly harder-to-categorize stuff. If something needs to be figured out, built, organized or made better, this is usually where I’m happiest.
For example: A creator’s owned digital home that connects their content, email list, projects, recommendations and offers without relying on a pile of disconnected platforms.
